Bless The Land

These are some of the vegetables that grow in our property. Way up the mountains, the soil is fertile, and being so close to the river, the moisture is amazing. Besides the avocados and the bananas, we grow plantains, bread fruit, grapefruit, coconuts, raspberries, lemons, guava, peppers, pumpkin, and many other veggies I don’t remember their names. When I was little, there were coffee, corn and sugar cane.  When my grandfather died, he passed the land to his heirs, me included.  There is enough to survive if the need arrives

Yes, that’s me holding the avocado while taking the picture. The tree is so close to the ledge of the house, you can literally touch it
